November 17,1999 -- LoanTrade Inc. is please to announce its sale of Louisiana auto deficiency balances on behalf of its client, a well known purchaser of charged-off accounts.  The portfolio consisted primarily of deficiency balances originated by a large nationwide commercial bank. This portfolio represented an excellent opportunity for the Buyer to purchase a very geographically concentrated portfolio of loans in their state.
