December 31, 1999 -- Acting as a Buyer's Representative, LoanTrade Inc. is pleased to announce it located and successfully managed the acquisition of a small, high quality performing Visa/MasterCard portfolio for its client.  The Seller is a commercial bank located in the Southwest.  The Purchaser is a large U.S. international commercial bank.  60+ day delinquent and charged-off accounts were excluded from the sale.
