September 28, 1998 -- LoanTrade Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of our client’s portfolio of charged-off Visa/MasterCard accounts. The Seller is a commercial bank located in the Southeast. A vast majority of these accounts have been referred to no more than one outside third party collection agency. The Seller’s representations and warranties were comprehensive and included 180 day put back provisions for bankrupt accounts, settled accounts, deceased accounts, and fraudulent accounts. There were no resale restrictions. Data integrity appeared good.
